I have read and understand the above information about appropriate use of technological devices and the internet at the Charles F Broome Memorial Primary School (and specifically in the Special Unit).   I have discussed responsible internet and technology use with my child and understand that my son/daughter/ward …………………………………………….. will be responsible for using all technological devices and the internet in an appropriate manner and that I am responsible for covering the cost of any damages or replacements.

  1. Please check the sixth line of the parents slip and remove the word the.
    Can one slip be used with both signatures?

  2. I am not sure if there is any significant difference between the use of one slip or two slips as long as they are signing onto the same thing and the understanding is mutual.

    1. I separated them to reiterate their individual responsibility and to give them that sense of ownership in terms of their participation.
